Parolee Requirements

The Parolee will be required to:

• Sign a promissory note in the amount of the monies expended by The Legion Project and make timely repayment of such amounts, and abide by the Expectations of a Parolee. Parolee Expectations
• To be considered for acceptance by The Legion Project an inmate must submit and application and The Legion Project must receive acceptable recommendations on behalf of the inmate. The Legion Project may make other requirements for acceptance as The Legion Project may determine in its sole discretion.

NOTE: The Legion Project is NOT required to accept any inmate and may decline acceptance of an inmate with or without reason at the sole discretion of The Legion Project.
